Le Pur Organics prioritizes customer’s comfort. Hence, if there is any technical difficulty in using Lavender Deodorant stick or roll on concerning the material of the product. You can send us the product back, and we will exchange it for a new one. The product should not be used.
We thoroughly check our product packaging & quality before delivering them.
We insist you check products, once they are delivered at your doorstep.
At the time of delivery, please ensure product quantity & quality especially for the deodorant stick, products containing roll on, etc. for technical or manufacturing errors such as not properly sealed.
If your product is not what you ordered in the first place or it has some issue. We urge you to report to us immediately & we will replace the product if there is a genuine issue concerning packaging, quantity.
If you have already used the product, no request for exchange will be entertained.
However, if you have not used the product and you have found an issue within three days, we will replace the product with a new one. Hence, it should be kept in view that these policies are only applicable for certain products, and do not apply on all.
Our products are guaranteed natural & organic. So no other issue will be addressed other than the ones mentioned above.
Request to cancel the order will not be addressed if we have already shipped the order & no refund will be made.
If you cancel the order before shipment, then we will address your concern.
Le pur Organics is fully entitled to cancel, refuse or terminate the ongoing order or placed an order without providing any order. Our company will not be responsible for the error concerning the information or details provided by the customer.
These following are policies for return and exchange of products.
No return items will be accepted for exchange if they are damaged concerning product packaging.
No returns accepted in case of customized or special orders.
In the case of perishable products or used products like soaps, cleansers, no returns will be made.
Intimate objects like accessories of personal use, no return will be made. Such as towels etc. with certain skincare regimes, in special/customized skincare kits, etc.
Unused Products can be returned within 6 working days. Company will pay the amount back for “unused returned products” as per customer’s shipping bill and invoice.
Conditions of Return:
If the buyer purchases any specific skincare kit or product, the shipping cost for return will be due on the buyer and not the company. The product should be in its original form on return, and the buyer will bear any loss in value of product or shipping charges.
